The Space Around You
Is your space working for you — or against you?

Same room. Before and after the work.
"Where clarity arises and peace starts to fill the room — and invites you into your new journey."
You are ready for more. You have the vision, the drive, and the desire to heal. But if your surroundings are chaotic, fragmented, or draining, you are fighting an uphill battle. True transformation requires a foundation of peace. Your space shouldn't just hold your things — it should uphold your spirit.
People who experience their homes as cluttered show measurably higher and flatter daily cortisol patterns — a signature of chronic stress — than those who experience their homes as restful.¹
Conversely, even brief immersion in natural settings lowers cortisol and restores attention: a field study found that just 20–30 minutes of contact with nature produced the steepest drop in the stress hormone.²
As a Naturopath, I studied the science of how nature heals the body. As an Ordained Minister, I've witnessed how creation reveals the heart of God. As an artist, I've learned to paint the bridge between them.
Every piece I create begins in prayer. Every stroke carries intention. Every color is chosen because it reflects something real about the Divine Light that flows through trees, water, earth—and you.
Whether you know Him as Father, or simply sense there is more to life — you are invited here.
Three Steps Back to Wholeness
1. Step into nature —or bring it home through a Fiona Sanctuary piece.
2. Breathe. Be present. Receive . —Allow the Light to move through you.
3. Restore — Carry harmony into your home, your work, and your relationships. Lead from peace.
